Why we charge less than traditional agents

Traditional prime London agents charge 15% to 20% of rent for a fully managed service because they carry high-street offices, thirty-person teams and a marketing budget you end up paying for. We run the same service digitally — the same referencing, the same compliance, the same inspections and the same photography — from a small senior team, so the fee lands at 10% instead of 18%.

All fees are shown excluding VAT at 20%. Figures on this page are indicative and do not constitute financial advice.

Questions landlords ask

How quickly can you let my property?
A well-priced London property in good order usually lets within two to three weeks of going live. We will tell you at the valuation what to expect for your street and your specification.
Do you let across the whole of London?
Yes. We let and manage in every London postcode, using sold and let evidence for the individual street rather than a borough-wide average.
What does the Renters' Rights Act mean for us?
Fixed terms and Section 21 are gone, tenancies are periodic, and rent increases follow a defined process. Every tenancy we draw up is compliant, and managed landlords get the notices and timings handled for them.
