Questions
- What is a tenant find (Let Only) service?
- We market the property, accompany viewings, reference the tenant, run Right to Rent checks, draw up the tenancy agreement, register the deposit and complete the inventory and check-in. From move-in day the tenancy is yours to manage.
- When is the Let Only fee payable?
- Once, on the day the tenant moves in: 50% of one month's rent plus VAT. There is nothing to pay if we do not let the property.
- Can I upgrade later?
- Yes. Landlords often start on Let Only and move to Rent Collection or Fully Managed at the first renewal. There is no upgrade fee.
