Seymont London Ltd is a London estate agency built around a simple idea: the person who values your home should be the same person who negotiates the offers and sees the sale through to completion.
We cover every London postcode, but we take on only a limited number of instructions at any one time. That constraint is deliberate. It means we can handle the photography brief, the viewings, the buyer qualification and the chain management ourselves, rather than delegating to a rotating cast of junior staff.
Our lettings and property management work follows the same principle. Landlords deal with one team, tenants are referenced properly, and maintenance issues are resolved quickly rather than passed between departments.
The data on this site — sold prices, rents, market reports and area guides — is drawn from public records and refreshed regularly, so the advice we give is grounded in what the market has actually done, not just what we hope it will do.
Founder
Seymont was founded by Nicolas Diez after years spent in London residential agency, where the same pattern kept repeating: the person who won the instruction was rarely the person who saw it through. Seymont was built the other way round — fewer instructions, handled properly, with the founder on the sale from the first valuation to the day the keys change hands.
What we do

We cover every London postal district with Land Registry data, and work most closely in West London — Kensington, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Bayswater and South Kensington.
