We let a small number of houses and apartments across the same five neighbourhoods we sell in. Every viewing is accompanied by us, every tenant is referenced properly, and every landlord speaks to one person from the first valuation to the final inventory.
For landlords
8% of the annual rent
Marketing, accompanied viewings, referencing, tenancy agreement and deposit registration.
10% of the monthly rent
Everything in let only, plus rent demands, monthly statements and arrears chasing.
13% of the monthly rent
A single point of contact for your tenant, contractors, inspections and compliance renewals.
Fees are quoted inclusive of VAT and are illustrative. Tenants pay no administration fees beyond a holding deposit of one week's rent and a security deposit of five weeks' rent, as required by the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
