Questions we get asked

How much rent can I charge?
Start from the median rent recorded by the ONS for your borough and property size, then adjust for condition, furnishing and how quickly you need a tenant. Our estimate gives you that median range in seconds.
How is the rent estimate calculated?
We take the ONS private rents series for the borough covering your postal district, then scale it by the number of bedrooms using the published size factors. Houses carry a small uplift over flats.
What does Seymont charge to let a property?
Tenant find is 10% + VAT of the rent for the term. Fully managed is 12% + VAT. No hidden set-up fees.
How quickly can you let my property?
Well-priced London stock in good condition typically lets within two to three weeks of going live. We will tell you honestly at the appointment whether your asking rent is achievable.
