Questions
- What does a rent collection service include?
- Everything in Let Only, plus monthly rent collection, arrears chasing, monthly statements and an annual summary for your tax return. Maintenance and inspections stay with you.
- When do I receive the rent?
- Rent is collected on the tenancy due date and paid out to you, less our fee, within three working days of cleared funds, with a statement each month.
- What happens if the tenant falls into arrears?
- We chase from day one — reminders, calls and a formal arrears letter — and keep you informed at every stage. If the arrears persist we brief you on the options under the Renters' Rights Act.
