Questions

How much does fully managed property management cost in London?
Seymont charges 10% of rent collected plus VAT, with no set-up fee and no renewal fee. Traditional prime London agents usually charge 15% to 20% plus VAT for the same scope.
Who deals with maintenance?
We do. Tenants report issues to us, we triage them, instruct vetted contractors within an agreed spend limit and come back to you with quotes for anything larger.
How do you keep the property compliant?
Every certificate — gas safety, EICR, EPC, alarms, licensing where it applies — is tracked with renewal dates and booked before it lapses. You receive a copy of each one.
How often is the property inspected?
Twice a year as standard, with a photo report and a note on anything that needs attention, plus an inspection ahead of every renewal or check-out.

For tenants

Report a repair

Tenants in a property we manage can report a maintenance issue in a few clicks, with photos, and we triage it the same working day.
