Sell a Flat, House or Investment Property
Flats
Leasehold details, service charges and lease length prepared early, so buyers can proceed with confidence.
Houses
Family houses marketed on space, garden and location, to the buyers already looking in your area.
Investment properties
Tenanted flats and portfolios can be offered to investors, so a sale need not wait for vacant possession.

How much does it cost to sell with an estate agent?
Agency fees are usually a percentage of the sale price. We confirm our fee in writing before you instruct us, with no hidden extras.
How long does it take to sell a London property?
Typically a few weeks to find a buyer, then around three to four months from offer to completion, depending on the chain and the legal work.
What happens after I instruct Seymont?
We prepare the marketing, agree the launch date with you, then manage enquiries, viewings and offers.
Do I need an EPC?
Yes. A valid Energy Performance Certificate is required before marketing. We can help you arrange one.
Who carries out the viewings?
Viewings are accompanied by the Seymont team, unless you prefer to show buyers round yourself.
Can you sell tenanted property?
Yes. We can market to investors with the tenancy in place, or plan the sale around vacant possession.
Can you sell multiple properties for one owner?
Yes. We can manage several sales together and coordinate timing to suit you.
